NAVIGATING THE DIAGNOSIS

You have cancer. Words no one ever wants to hear. Those who have been diagnosed go through a myriad of thoughts, feelings and emotions…a roller coaster of sorts that leaves you affected by the experience in ways you never fully anticipated. Having received a breast cancer diagnosis myself, I have a special place in my heart for those going through the process and come out the other side. This not only includes the patient, but the caregiver and all who have been impacted by cancer. My passion is supporting cancer in all facets - the initial diagnosis, preparing for the surgeries, tests, and treatments, the constant patient syndrome, and finally on the other side as a survivor. I will help you move forward through the process of personal growth, overall healing and self-discovery.

Cancer does not have to define you. While feelings, perspectives, ideas, values, interests and/or goals have changed in significant ways, it can offer you opportunities to explore greater healing and deepen self-knowledge.

Dawn of a New Day offers both 1:1 coaching as well as support style groups to help you transition from surviving to thriving. Together we will explore new perspectives, create new goals, and design action steps that help move you forward.
